For eligible consumer purchases, you may withdraw within 14 days after receiving the goods without giving a reason. A clear statement is sufficient; using a particular form or obtaining our approval is not required.
Send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us. Contact oliver.cingl@gmail.com for the current return destination and shipping instructions before posting a parcel. We follow our supplier’s contact-first return process and will provide the appropriate address for your order; please do not use the dispatch label as a return address. Asking for instructions does not make withdrawal conditional on our approval. Include your order number. You pay the direct cost of a change-of-mind return. We pay necessary return costs for a justified wrong, damaged or defective-item claim.
You may inspect a shirt as you would in a shop. You are responsible only for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Keep packaging and labels where possible; their absence does not automatically remove statutory rights. No restocking fee applies.
We refund the purchase price and the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery within 14 days after your withdrawal notice, using the original payment method unless you agree otherwise, without a refund fee. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever happens first.
Clearly personalized goods, such as shirts printed to your specific name or number instructions, may be excluded from the statutory change-of-mind right. Choosing a standard size or an existing design does not itself make a shirt personalized. Faulty-item rights remain unaffected.
For a wrong, damaged or faulty item, email your order number and describe the problem. Please do not send a parcel to the overseas supplier without instructions. Your statutory defect remedies and complaint rights are set out in our terms of sale. Contact us promptly if you wish to cancel before fulfilment; fulfilment status does not remove any applicable statutory withdrawal right.
